Jobear Contracting is hiring Equipment Operators for civil construction projects throughout the Space Coast.
With over 40 years in the area, our team works on roads, utilities, and infrastructure that are part of the local community. We’re looking for dependable people who want steady work and an opportunity to grow.
Equipment Operator:
- Operate loaders, skid steers, rollers, and other equipment.
- Assist with grading, utilities, and roadway work.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred.
- Strong awareness of safety.
- Clean driver’s license required.
- Class B CDL (preferred, not required).

- Willingness to work hard and learn.
- Reliable and on time.

- Construction experience is a plus.
